  • You may order securely online using our shopping cart. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and PayPal.
  • You may call (360) 830-9383 to place an order using Visa or MasterCard.
  • You may print out the order form, fill it out, and send it with a check or money order.

Washington State residents will be charged 8.6% sales tax.

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are a flat rate charge based on the total amount of your puchase. Please use the following table to calculate your shipping cost.
